The Frank Trilogy began as a mistake

Writer/director Joseph X Casillas had to submit a project for his first film production class at Pasadena City College in Fall of 2017 for review. But he felt like his actual project (ButterNut Truffles) wasn’t ready so a few hours before class he, Roberto, and Mark Franco went to Dollar Tree with twenty bucks for props and then shot the entirety of Moistened Baguette in the park across the street. The rest is history.
